About the Fleissner Hütte

The Fleissner Cabin, located at an altitude of 1,500 meters in the Carinthian Nockberge, offers a blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. Situated right on the border of Carinthia and Salzburg, it's an ideal escape to the stunning Austrian Alps. Get ready to immerse yourself in the unspoiled beauty of the Nockberge UNESCO Park!

Our cabin is accessible by car year-round, nestled against the imposing mountain landscape. The nearby forests and meadows are like a tranquil oasis, teeming with various plants and animals, making it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle.

Cosy cabin in the Alps

The cabin itself, while keeping a traditional feel, is fitted with modern comforts to ensure a cozy stay. One of its most beloved features is a finely-crafted sauna, meant for relaxation and unwinding. After a day of hiking, guests can escape to the sauna's warmth and peacefulness. In winter, the more adventurous might even take a roll in the fresh snow, a refreshing contrast to the sauna's heat.

Inside the cabin, you'll find snug interiors with a classic fireplace, a spacious living room, two bathrooms and toilets, comfy beds, and a fenced garden with a playground for the kids. Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor and have wide doors, making it the perfect spot for guests of all ages!
